Jeesh!! What a mess! I've gone through this for the last 2 years and will probably do it every year after this. There is nothing like home made
salsa or peaches. I've been waiting for the peaches to ripen and the tomatoes to turn red and I got just barely enough tomatoes from my plants to do salsa today. The big pots and pans are ruining my electric stove, so this year I'm cooking out in the garage on the camp chef. One bonus to this is my house doesn't smell for a week. Don't you wish you were here to taste this, or at least help me with the dishes!

What's sad is that my house is messier, and I haven't canned or baked anything!
