Break - In!

I should have some pictures to show you. The pry marks on my back door and basement window, my messed up closets and drawers. But, I don't have any pictures for you. They stole every camera we've ever owned! I returned home from a random outing to the school to find things out of place at my house. How strange and scary. To think someone has been through my stuff. We don't have the most awsome stuff. In fact most of it was old - but still useful or sentimental to us. Everyday I think of something else that is missing, something that was in my jewelery box. Most of it was stuff from my past. My Young Womens awards and gospel in action award. They took Chris' and my prescription eyeglasses from our closets. In some ways they took pieces of us. They probably dumped most of it in the garbage once they looked through it.

When I was young, my parents house was broken into at Christmas time. That burgular broke the lock on the front door and took all the gifts. I remember not wanting to go downstairs for a long time. That guy was caught. He was an escaped convict from the prison. My parents were able to get some of their things back.

Chris has always laughed at me for leaving the radio on and setting timers when we go out in December. I think I will continue to do it all year long now. In time I will feel better. Not feel uneasy to run to the store, or get jumpy everytime I unlock my front door.

Stupid Burgulars!

That's so terrible that someone could do something like that! Hope they find the person responsible!

I really hate that. I wish the Kearns guy lived by you and would have shot him.

An escaped convict?!? I'm totally freaking out right now. How awful. Get a big dog. I'm pretty sure a barking dog would be a pretty good deterrent. Maybe I'll start leaving the radio on as well...
